At Minee Wipes, we provide shipping for all orders within the United States, and we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. All orders are shipped using Amazon’s Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) service. Delivery times and costs are determined by Amazon and shown at checkout.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDER SOMETHING AND IT IS OUT OF STOCK?

We will contact you and refund you the full price of the item and refund your card or allow you to select a replacement item at the same value of the item you originally purchased within 3-5 business days. 

I ENTERED IN THE WRONG ADDRESS - WHAT DO I DO?

If your order has not arrived, please contact us at support@mineewipes.com. We will open an investigation with Amazon, our fulfillment partner. This process may take several business days. Once we receive the result, we will notify you and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
